Craig A. Keto is a real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty who practices throughout the City of Pittsburgh and more. He specifically concentrates in the East End.  Craig primarily works as a real estate investor and community developer for his company, Rocky Enterprises (www.rockyenterprisespgh.com).

Craig’s experience in distressed and commercial real estate, along with his experience in real estate investment, marketing, sales and rehabilitation/renovation combined with his finance and economics background gives him a unique and value add skillset.

Craig is a proud subscriber to RealSTATs, (http://www.realstats.net/) a South Side small business that provides the most advanced and comprehensive greater Pittsburgh regional real estate database in existence. Craig was the driving force that brought RealSTATS to his former brokerage, Albert Anthony Real Estate.

Craig resides in Jeannette, where he grew up. He loves being close to his family, the convenience of being minutes away from multiple shopping centers and the low traffic. He also loves gardening, reading, learning, researching new topics, Pitt basketball (season ticket holder) and football (club seat season ticket holder), and the Pirates.

Prior to being involved in real estate Craig spent 6 years at PNC Bank, with the last 3.5 years spent in the asset and liability management department as a fixed income trader. He decided to leave the corporate world and Craig pursued his MBA in finance full-time at the University of Pittsburgh.

After graduating from Pitt’s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business in spring of 2009 with his MBA, Craig joined a real estate startup company in the South Side. He gained invaluable experience in sales, marketing, underwriting, commercial debt valuation, property management and construction while he was there. Craig is also a Pitt undergrad, finance, class of 2001.

During the spring of 2010 Craig joined the wonderful brokerage of Albert Anthony Real Estate. It is family owned and operated and everybody really does treat everybody like family. He couldn’t have asked for a better situation to be in.

Things got even better, though, as in July of 2012 Craig joined the Keller Williams Shadyside location, a new Keller Williams office and the first one in the city.

Craig is an enthusiastic member of the following organizations – The Wilkinsburg Chamber of Commerce (where he sits on the Board of Directors) and The Economic Club of Pittsburgh.

Craig attends Ascension Catholic Church in Jeannette, where he has volunteered to help at the annual Italian Festival.

Thanks and Craig looks forward to working with you!
